Athena Global School, Chidambaram (CBSE Affiliated) offers a well-structured curriculum designed to foster academic excellence, critical thinking, and holistic development.
Parent Interaction
Parents are welcome to meet the facilitators on second Saturday of every month and take prior appointment to meet them on Fridays after school hours in case of need arises.
Application forms are available at the school office for direct collection. Parents can also conveniently apply through our online application facility available on the school website. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to ensure a smooth experience for both students and parents.
Fee
School fees can be paid at the office or through the ERP portal, and must be cleared fully as per schedule Parents should retain fee receipts, and tuition fee certificates can be downloaded from the ERP or collected from the school office.
Transport
Transport facility is available for students subject to route and seat availability. Parents can contact the school office for route details, timings, and fee structure.
Homework is minimal for Pre-primary and Primary, while higher classes follow teacher-specific guidelines with a focus on daily reading habits. Students are expected to complete and submit homework on time, ensuring it reflects their own effort and understanding.
BYOD
Students from middle grades onwards may use personal devices for academic purposes under guidance, while younger students are restricted. When used responsibly, BYOD enhances research, collaboration, and personalized learning experiences in the classroom.
Fun – Learning Beyond the Classroom
Specially designed weekend worksheets focus on concept-based learning and active student participation beyond regular classroom methods. These graded worksheets are reviewed by teachers, aid in exam revision, and are included in the overall assessment.
Our dayboarding facility provides hygienic, nutritious meals including morning snacks and lunch, planned by nutritionists to promote healthy eating habits. With a modern kitchen and strict hygiene standards, weekly menus and meal samples are shared for parents’ reference.
